This is the sweat spot. When weeds are controlled and the turf is thick and well maintained, our Deluxe Lawn Care Package is a perfect way to keep it that way. This includes our Basic Mowing and also includes seasonal aeration and deep water management.

Our HOA Lawn Care Special is our best deal in lawn care! If your weeds are manageable and not completely overgrown, than this package is for you! Not only does it include everything in our Deluxe Package, but it also includes: routine Sprinkler Maintenance, Sprinkler Blowout & Recharge, Weed Control & Prevention, and minor Routine Debris Cleanup. (Living in an HOA is not required to sign up for this package)

This schedule includes everything in our HOA Special, but well also test your soil and administer a tailored fertilization treatment for your specific lawn!

This is the Ultimate Lawn Care Package and typically the last resort before going totally nuclear on your lawn. Before it gets too extreme, we can get it under control and help you work down our ladder of care packages.

Weed Control & Prevention encompasses a multi-faceted approach to controlling unwanted plants in our gardens and yards. We have multiple methods of removing weeds from hand pulling, to plugging, to root treatment. All depending on what best suits your needs. If you have heavy weeds in your rock beds, we charge 83 per 10 sqft of bed. Heavy weeds in mulch beds is 55 per 10 sqft of bed. Light weeds in any style bed is 28 per 10 sqft of bed. Other weed services are priced per job.

Sprinklers leak. They break. They spray in directions we don't anticipate. Do you just turn your sprinklers on and assume they're good? Do you check them periodically to make sure they are spraying in your yard and not the road, sidewalk, or neighbors yard? Is your controller set to the most optimal time frame? Don't waste money on water or assume for the best anymore. We will test, adjust, and report on every single sprinkler head in your yard. We will also advise on optimal watering schedules.

Clogged gutters can leave your home vulnerable to terrible water damage that might not be covered by your home owners insurance. Getting on ladders can be risky. Don't take the chance of damaging your home or worse. If it has been a long time since you've had your gutters cleaned, let us help you. We will get on the ladder and make sure your gutters are flowing smoothly. If we see any issues while up there, we'll report them back to you.

Is your lawn just not performing like you wish it would. Does it struggle to stay green and lush in the summer? If annual aeration and adequate watering isn't enough, than your lawn may just need some extra nutrients to get it through the hot summers and intense sun. We will perform a laboratory soil test from several samples in your yard. Once we receive the results of this test, we will administer a tailored nutrient regiment for your yard.

Need help cleaning your yard of debris? We're here for you! We use large 72 Gal yard waste bags to take care of smaller debris (leaves, twigs, etc). Each bag filled is charged at 7.50. We also charge 100 per truckload of debris hauled away and disposed of. Whenever possible, we try to bring materials to composting sites. All other charges associated with cleaning your yard will vary on the task at hand.

Getting your garden ready for planting has never been easier with our helpful experts. When you hire us to take care of your garden, we will remove all the existing weeds and other plant matter, and mix in fresh compost. 10 sqft minimum. Mulching beds is priced per job.
